It's a very ticklish spot, especially for females. I've got a Maine Coon who squeaks when you do that when you do that to her, then jumps around and pounces on you.
I think I've had nine or ten cats that have stayed around for longer than three years, and trust me: when you make them mad, they WILL tell you.

Watch closely at 0:06 - 0:07 you see a guys hand sorta grab the cat, and then it starts to make the noise, he might be squeezing the cat really hard or something, and that is how the cat lets him know that hes hurting him/her

ummm...no...every cat I've EVER seen, when someone squeezes there back, they growl, hiss, sratch at you, try to run over to scrath at you, bite at you, or do sort of an open mouth growl. If you try that other crap, "maybe he's squeezing his neck." No, the cat would only growl and prolly not be able to move, this is what a cats mother does when they are young, if anything occasionally picking a cat up by the scruff at a young age, gives you the label "Parent or mom"

I honestly believe this cat loves having its back scratched. mine used to literally flop on her belly, go really flat.. legs sticking out.. because I would scratch/massage her back. In the end.. if she knew I was about to scratch er back.. she would just assume to the position and get ready for a little bit of heaven. she never wanted me to stop:) (actually.. she meows when i do:)
