Hahah it's about Bert's [I'm pretty sure 21st ish?] birthday which he spent in London, and they were in the studio recording and as a surprise, the rest of the band and Feldmen hired a really fat striper to..well obviously strip for him haha. And if you listen to it, she tells him to get down on his knees and he said in an interview, as he was on his knees she took her huge roll of fat and put it on his head, and started humping his face. Pretty disgusting, but it makes a good song [:
